About Geir Frøholm
Experience from both sides of the table
Geir Frøholm is a Norwegian lawyer (advokat) with broad experience in construction, infrastructure and real estate – as an adviser in private practice and as head of legal in industry.
He was a partner at the law firm Schjødt for almost 20 years and at SANDS for five years, building up the construction practice at both firms. He has also served as Group General Counsel at Consto and at Selmer (now Skanska Norway), and as Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at Paradigme AS.
The combination makes for an adviser who understands both the law and the day-to-day reality of projects – and who knows what actually matters to the client. He has negotiated with Norwegian and international companies, and has extensive experience with contracts for consultants and contractors with a significant international element.
Today Geir runs his own practice through Advokat Geir Frøholm AS, taking on assignments in advisory work, project follow-up, dispute resolution and mediation.
